Since the early 2000’s we have designed and manufactured instruments for Humidity and Temperature measurement.

Our instruments use the best design standards. As a result, the GEO Calibration products lead the current industry in accuracy, portability and value.

With the release of our DFB (Device Feedback) product line, calibration processes can be entirely automated. Results are generated in printed reports that are internally reviewable and trusted by auditors. Our instruments will optimize your workflow by speeding up your calibration and testing processes.

Our new controller manages the humidity and temperature in externally confined areas such as process control environments and silicone manufacturer control environments. Since the scientists have remote control over the environment, their time can be spent on important functions elsewhere. The controller can be directly controlled or monitored by a host computer via USB.

Our manufacturing facility located in Ronkonkoma, New York uses state of the art manufacturing techniques to create metrology instruments of the highest precision and reliability.

With full in-house production capabilities, we completely control the assembly process for all of our products. Each Humidity Generator is subjected to a full 48 hour burn in to ensure it exceeds our listed specifications.

For more than 30 years Professor Kamal Mahajan has focused on manufacturing, custom design and systems integration in mechanical and electronics sectors for commercial, industrial and mil-aero sector. For the last decade, Professor Mahajan has built a leading reputation in system design of temperature and humidity controlled chambers for rH probes and temperature humidity testing. With custom designs utilizing Watlow microprocessor programming controllers and now specialized microprocessing features utilizing Atmel’s AtMega644, Professor Mahajan has been sought after to integrate and collaborate on temperature/humidity chamber integration with numerous national labs and industry leaders in calibration.
