Service Timeline

  • 1 ) Submit Your Service Request

    You will automatically receive a service confirmation email.

  • 2 ) Receive Your Quotation or RMA

    Our service department will reach out to you within two business days.

  • 3 ) Ship Your Unit to GEO

    Our Shipping Address is: 2190 Smithtown Avenue, Ronkonkoma, NY, 11779 USA

  • 4 ) GEO Engineers Will Evaluate, Estimate, and Execute.

    If applicable, you will now receive a service estimate and estimated return date.

  • 5 ) Performance Testing

    All units will undergo any requested testing and verification, as well as our own internal testing.

  • 6 ) Notice of Service Completion

    You will receive an email notifying you that your requested services are completed, along with digital copies of your requested testing data.

  • 7 ) Notice of Return Shipment

    You will receive an email before your unit has shipped, containing the tracking number.

  • 8 ) Follow Up Phone Call

    Seven days after you have received your unit, GEO will reach out to you to ensure your satisfaction.
