The Model 500 Benchtop Humidity Generator is a custom solution for extremely special applications, with a focus on the control of Humidity and Temperature in an external chamber.

The Model 500 performs calculations and control functions through the use of a multifunction microcontroller in conjunction with custom design electronics, hardware and firmware.

The embedded computer control system allows the MODEL 500 to generate known humidity levels in a remote confined area via insulated pipes while unattended, thus freeing the operating technician from the task of system monitoring and adjustment. This system is designed for inline process control, where humidity and the temperature need to be carefully managed.

A computer may be connected via the USB interface, allowing remote set point control and a continuous data feed.

The operator may input Humidity and Temperature set point values from the front panel controller. The humidity and temperature is generated by a combination of various processes such as heating distilled Water, and Desiccant, Helium and Nitrogen Gas management. This system monitors the remote area to verify the required Humidity and Temperature level using external probes and control loops.
